In my garden, the Hibiscus Mutabilis, a type of hibiscus called Sui-fuyo in Japanese, are beautiful. This type of hibiscus mysteriously changes colors as the day goes on. You can see the details about the plant in my old post here.
In a common lot next to my house, I found a lot of Japanese beauty-berry trees with branches that were heavily laden with purple berries. They were so pretty that I cut off a branch, put it into a small metal semicircular vase, and took a picture of it as a memento of this autumn. This is it.
This post is just a short note about some September flowers now in bloom in my neighborhood and in my garden. I hope you enjoy them. I’m going to write a longer post on Japanese calligraphy next time..
